+ Is my pass valid for Big Air?
It sure is! MY PASS is valid at Splash Kingdom Waterpark (during normal operating hours) and Big Air Trampoline Park (During normal operating hours, up to 2-hours/day).
+ Does my pass include parking?
MY PASS holders do not receive free parking. However, Season Parking Passes are available for purchase.
+ Can I bring in outside food and/or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Splash Kingdom Waterpark. A wide variety of dining options are available in the park, and we offer a shaded picnic area in front of the park for you to enjoy your own food & drinks.
+ Are there special MY PASS prices for children?
MY PASS prices are the same for all guests 3+. Children ages 2 and under are admitted free to the park.
+ Are there AAA or senior discounts available ?
Not on Season Passes. However, there are discounts available for Single Day Passes.
+ Are passes transferrable?
No. Passes must only be used by whose name and picture are associated with that pass.
+ What do I do if MY PASS is lost or stolen?
If lost or stolen, please report the situation as soon as possible to any Splash Kingdom Waterpark ticket window. If your MY PASS is lost or stolen, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $10 to replace for a card replacement.
If your MY PASS is in good standing and you forgot to bring it with you on a visit, you will be provided one courtesy pass for the season.
+ Is MY PASS refundable?
No. All Splash Kingdom Season Pass sales are final.
+ How can I buy MY PASS?
MY PASS is only available for purchase in-park at this time.
+ Can I go straight to the gate?
Absolutely! With MY PASS, you can skip the lines and go straight to the gate!
